Currently we are seeking reliable, enthusiastic Care Assistants to join our registered care service in Chelmsford, Essex. With your own transport, you would be working with elderly and disabled people - either in their own homes or in private nursing homes.

Previous experience of this type of work is important to us, but not necessary. Care Assistants are some of the most important people in our clients' lives. The care and support you give them will be valued highly as part of a professional, registered service. Their needs range from occasional help with domestic tasks to 24-hour care for patients with complex care needs. As a carer, you have the freedom to decide which types of work you feel comfortable with.

Hours are flexible and our support team keep in close contact to inform you of upcoming shifts. We place no limits on the support and opportunities. If you want to develop your career, we will give you training towards the valuable NVQ2 and 3 qualifications as well as specialist training for more challenging client groups.

All applicants are subject to DBS and reference checks.

We offer monthly pay direct into bank account, 4 weeks paid holiday.
